Ford is known for offering numerous plans and packages to employees and non-employees alike. The Ford X-Plan, or Partner Recognition Program, is among them, providing non-Ford Motor Company employees in Bardstown, the surrounding areas, and everywhere else with the chance to drive Ford vehicles for reduced prices. The Ford X-Plan In Detail

The opportunity to drive a Ford Motor Company vehicle is open to select individuals, like the spouses of current Ford employees. Other individuals eligible for Ford employee sponsorship include members and employees of partner companies and organizations, such as persons from: 

  • Fleet Account Employee Appreciation
  • Friends & Neighbors
  • Supplier Partner Recognition

Only spouses are eligible; other family members of Ford Motor Company employees are not.

How Many Vehicles Can Be Leased or Purchased Through the Ford X-Plan Per Year?

All eligible individuals may lease or buy four Ford vehicles per calendar year through the X-Plan. The Ford models must be in the eligible employee or spouse’s name, which includes all title and registration documents. Vehicles cannot be registered and titled in the Ford Motor Company name. 

What is the Ford X-Plan Pricing? 

Ford Partner Recognition pricing is predetermined based on the Ford A-Plan (Employee) pricing plus 4% of said price. Another $150 is added as well. 

How Does This Plan Work, Exactly? 

To enjoy Ford X-Plan pricing, the following must occur: 

  • The eligible employee requests the applicable organization’s Partner Recognition Code.
  • The Personal Identification Number (PIN) is created by calling 1-877-XPLAN-00.
  • The participant visits our dealership near Shepherdsville and relays their X-Plan participation information, including their PIN and Social Security Number. 
  • The participant chooses a model from our vast Ford vehicle inventory and furnishes proof of their Ford partner’s eligibility via a company ID, pay stub, W-2 form, or business card. 
  • This individual schedules their chosen Ford model delivery to their home in Fort Knox or the surrounding area. 

Which Ford Vehicles Are Eligible? 

Except for the Ford Mustang GT350 and GT500, Ford F-150 Raptor, and the F-450 through F750, all Ford vehicles are eligible for this program. And while vehicles can be purchased or leased, any leased model requires applying for Ford Credit. There is currently no expiration date for the Ford X-Plan.
