Very friendly, fast service
Bob Swope Ford always does a great job. Although they couldn’t figure out what the problem was with my car, when I dropped it off, it was barely running, and then when they went to do their test on it, it was fine! But they really went out of their way to try to figure out what was wrong. They put 62 miles on the car trying to trigger it into what was wrong the other day and it Wouldn’t do it. They barely even charged me what it was worth their time, totally honest and fair.

When you call a business you want to speak with a live person not a computer. It’s very frustrating when you have to try and get through with a computer. I realize it’s easier however a computer makes you go through ten questions before you can talk with someone. Not cool
I dropped off my Bronco, oil change & rotation (tires).
I told service guy, I’m not in a hurry, pick up following week (Monday, Tuesday.)
Here’s the problem. 1st AI answering service.
If call to check on my vehicle, I want to speak with a representative, not BS AI virtual assistant.
I called twice to check on my vehicle. NEVER received a response.
So Saturday , ( after 9 days). I stopped by to speak a real assistant.

They will do everything in their power to take you for as much as possible, from removing parts that were never supposed to be touched to breaking things and charging you almost 4 times the going rate. They care nothing about the people nor the product. I work at ford and after dealing with them I will never buy ford again and I encourage you to do the same.

I recently needed Warranty work done on my 2017 F150 XLT Truck. I called the Service Department to set me up with an appointment which they did. I also requested the Pick up and Drop Off Service that they provide upon request. The day of the service I was contacted that my F150 would be picked up and delivered to Bob Swope for Warranty work. Rex helped me build my new van to ensure we had everything we needed for our large family. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. He went over everything in our new van and even helped set up the app. We loved working with him! Tyler also was very kind and patient. He explained everything in the contract well, answered all my questions, and we felt fully informed. Everyone treated my family very well and were kind to all my kiddos. 🩷

My experience with Swopes was great. I explained what I was looking for and they walked me through. Zack was very helpful and everything went smooth.
Rex is the man and will make sure you are taken care of 100% before you walk out that door. Even after you do walk out, he will call and check up on you to make sure everything is still good to go and that you’re as satisfied with your purchase as you possibly could be.
Had to take my vehicle in for a necessary Factory recall. Even though I arrived 30 minutes early they took the Explorer in got it done within about 10 minutes and I was back out the door thank you all for being so good about all this

I recently had my Shelby in for new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. Chris is the advisor I usually work with, and he’s always friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. He keeps me informed, answers my questions, and makes the process of leaving my car somewhere less stressful. Everything was completed on time and service was excellent. Did most of the deal over text messages on Friday afternoon and came in Saturday morning and finished with a different sales person but the transition was sooo smooth. This is our 4th car with Swope and they are by far the easiest dealers I’ve ever worked with
