Found a car at Bob Swope, and called to let them know my intrest. I spoke to Joe and explained my situation; which I was without a vehicle. He offered to have someone come 38 miles to pick me up. Josh did and was a good guy and we had a good conversation. These guys went above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend them highly!!

I was in visiting my daughter when my truck locked up in four-wheel-drive on the dry pavement. Luckily I was disabled in front of Swope Ford. Chris Bellantoni a service representative squeezed me into the schedule to fix the problem. A short time later, he and Bobby a truck mechanic came out and explained the issue to me. Bobby got the truck out of four-wheel-drive so I could finish my visit with comfort and safety. I will make an follow up appointment with them to go over the whole truck. I highly recommend Bob Swope Ford and their employees.
Chris, the mechanic in service was fantastic. He showed me exactly what he was doing with my car every step of the way as he was working on it and found a creative solution to my problem. Great service and would definitely recommend he get's a raise.

Just purchased a used Silverado from them. Pretty good experience overall. Everyone was laid back and very professional. None of that pushy sales pitch you sometimes get from other dealerships. I would recommend them especially Sales rep Paul Jenkins and the F&I guy, didn’t get his name.
The cost for minimal service (oil change)was a shock. The staff are great.
I dropped my truck off in the morning for a few recalls. Service had it completed before lunch and delivered the vehicle to me! I also received a thorough inspection on it with a list of all recommendations and pricing. Emma was super helpful and answered all questions I had at drop off.
Excellent customer service at this dealership. The team located my vehicle, detailed, filled up the tank, and had all the paperwork ready to go prior to arrival. The deal was completed in 30 minutes or less. Brandon in finance was very easy to work with. The best dealership I've ever been to. I was recommended to the service department by an online Mustang group. My vehicle had been to 3 local Ford dealerships over the course of 2 years. No one could ever figure out why the vehicle kept losing alignments. Bob Swope Ford found major issues that several dealerships had missed and worked with my aftermarket warranty company so I wasn't out a dime. The 2021 Mustang GT handles like it did brand new now. Will drive 3 hours everytime to visit them.

Came in looked at the Jeep. Myself and Salesman Rex went out on a test drive. Had some vibration when idling. Came back he went and found out the issue. They fixed that issue plus an AirBag wiring harness that came up. All in all they took great care of us. Our son loves his jeep! Thanks again Rex

I ONLY take my vehicle to Ford dealerships for service. Bob Swope always took care of me and provided excellent service until I purchased new brakes and rotors from them. I had a horrible squeaking problem that would not go away.
