My daughter had work completed on her 2020 Ford Edge. The bill was approximately $1,700.00. She was told that she would be contacted when the work was done, she was not! She had to call to discover that it was completed. So I took her to pickup her car only to discover when she went to pay the bill that there was a 3% charge to use your credit card. The vehicle I purchased just happened to be in the price range I was looking for and was in the best mechanical shape of like vehicles at other dealerships. Outstanding service from start to finish. I broke down after hours while traveling when my Mach-E wouldn’t charge, and Mitch Trimmer went above and beyond to help me even though the dealership was closed. He made a stressful situation manageable and showed incredible care. The repair was challenging due to parts availability, but my service advisor, Chris Bellantoni, was exceptional — clear communication, constant updates, and expert coordination throughout the process.

Very very average. I paid for the premium maintenance package. Feels like with these guys I got the Jiffy Lub package, but there again I got no report on what scheduled service the actual performed other than an oil change and replaced my battery that died after 10 months.
Eric and Rex really hooked me up with a 2025 Ford Bronco Heritage Edition! They were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the vehicles! I highly recommend asking to work with either one of the them when searching for your new Ford vehicle!
