Had an appointment for a recall fix, oil change, and tire rotation the recall and oil change was performed but the tire rotation was not. Just an inconvenience to have to drop my car off again and be without a vehicle
My service advisor devin was great he got my vehicle in and back. The tech got my vehicle in and completed in a timely fashion. Everybody was nice and friendly great experience will be back

My family and I (including my 2 yr old grandson) were traveling for vacation to Panama City….my ford expedition max had a heater hose blow out causing my vehicle to overheat….We had to have it towed to Bob Swope for repairs (to get back traveling) we got the truck there…it took 3.5 hours to do a pressure check and replace the hoses! Swope came to the rescue when my key fob went through the lawnmower accidentally over the weekend. After telling them the problem they quickly jumped to action, ordering the replacement key fobs I needed and sending out their mobile service truck to program at my home. Courteous and caring folks who prioritized my problem keeping me up to date every step of the way. Thank you all for the rapid response to get me back on the road.

2015 CMAX SEL in for oil change and balance and rotate 4 tires. Shop inspection recommended replace cabin air filter and rear wiper blade. Reasonable cost at this point about $155. Then shop finds "swollen lug nuts while rotating tires and recommends repalcing all 20 lug nuts. Charges $252 for 20 each lugnuts , so each lug nut was: $12.60 (OEM price was $13.55 each, so they saved me $1 per nut). But on researching several Ford Parts Sites selling OEM parts charge anywhere from $7-9 per lug nut for the OEM part. I called on a Thursday around 4pm to see if they had availability to do an oil change. I drove there in ten minutes and they took my truck back immediately. It took a little less than an hour, but at least I have confidence they did it to standard. They’re not as fast as the express oil change places, but they are $50 cheaper for my F150.

If I could give negative stars, I would! Had a computer put in and of course it went bad just after the two year warrantee expired...ok..It happens. Went in to have a second computer put in. I was told I needed a complete harness replacement that it appeared that someone had done some after market wiring. Why didn't they tell me that at the first computer replacement? Your technician didn’t note that oil change/ service light was on at 7000 miles and your service writer informed me that I was getting it serviced before the 10,000miles. I believe it to be time because it was 1year since delivery. Also your parts and service manager had called me that I needed to get it serviced. Finally your phone system stinks took me multiple calls on different days to finally make an appointment because if you leave a message you never get a call back. FYI you have a customer at risk, me!

Bob Swope Ford always does a great job. Although they couldn’t figure out what the problem was with my car, when I dropped it off, it was barely running, and then when they went to do their test on it, it was fine! But they really went out of their way to try to figure out what was wrong. They put 62 miles on the car trying to trigger it into what was wrong the other day and it Wouldn’t do it. They barely even charged me what it was worth their time, totally honest and fair.

When you call a business you want to speak with a live person not a computer. It’s very frustrating when you have to try and get through with a computer. I realize it’s easier however a computer makes you go through ten questions before you can talk with someone. Not cool
